We Felt Loved!
Shortly after arriving to the Dairy Queen in Flowood MS, we were informed by Ms. Charlene Hill (Manager) that their Register/Computer System just froze up. What immediately followed is why "We Felt Loved!" Right away Ms. Hill and her crew (Kendariun Mason, Frances S. Spencer, Josh Compton, Jadarius Thomas, Dezaria Dial, Mi'Angela Haney, Ronnie Horne Jr., and Nateagus Burns) took action. 1st, by apologizing for the delay and inconvenience; and, making immediate request for Technical Assistance and/or Technician. 2nd, by devising a plan to accommodate all present, using the "old school" manual order-taking method. And, finally, displaying sincere smiles and remaining positive during this difficult situation. Yes, this group was truly remarkable; thus, I requested all of their names for this review. Both I and my wife's patience proved worth our while; for, we, both, witnessed and felt their unified love for us!
